Productivity = -100%

A number of things usually result from working during the summer months. Inevitably, the whole thing will eventually wear you down -- changing your sleep patterns from the college setting, straight over to Real World is a rough transition. Gone are the wednesdays where you have the luxury of sleeping till 3pm to avoid dealing with the hangover. No longer does the week consist of 15 hours of classes conveniently spread out.

Nine to five, what a way to make a livin'. As a wise woman with comically huge knockers once pointed out, its " all takin' And no givin'."

I'm not quite sure that that song isn't about prostitution, but songs are poetry and that shit's hard, so lets not think about it, lets just take what the huge knockers said at face value...

Due to the inevitable exhaustion/boredom that comes from the summer employment, it is a matter of fact that you need to slack off. There are any number of ways to do this, but basically, there is no rush to get any work done. I don't care if you are a courier for transplant organs, there is no reason why you can't stop for a cup of coffee and a porno mag on the way -- they're not paying you enough to run, are they?

Especially since most of us have no intention of rejoining the particular jobs we are working at the moment again after this summer, why bother? Why work hard when you can take a siesta? If anyone says anything, blame it on the Taco Bell chalupa you had at lunch. That's what I do.
