Its Just A Game...

Video Games... What can't you say about them? They're fun, they allow us to fill all that time that would otherwise be spent scratching our nutsack's raw, and they provide a challenge that doesn't require any sort of physical endurance or strength. Hurray for video games.

However, there are some people who take video games too seriously. People that think that their ability to play Tiger Woods 2004 or Madden 2005 is either of the utmost importance or reflective in some way of their real world abilities.

Here's a hint: Tiger Woods probably sucks at his video games, but he gets paid 100 million bucks to not give a shit. Video games aren't real life, they aren't even that important. When you lose at video games, get over it! Don't throw the controller, don't yell at the top of your lungs, just hit the reset button.

I mean, if you were actually playing golf, then yelling obscenities at the top of your lungs is not only acceptable, but it is part of the game. However, when you are playing it on your handy-dandy Playstation 2, then all you are doing is waking up your roommates. Remember kids, when you wake up your roommates, they'll piss on your computer.

Lesson Learned.
