British Universities...

Since nobody talked me out of it, I am going to plan on skipping my English class. Its an 8:30, and tomorrow we are doing "workshopping," thats what they call it when the professor gets paid to silently watch us all reading each other's papers and making corrections that even a monkey could have made. Sometimes, as has been covered before on this site, a foreign student will manage to make your paper worse with his "corrections."

I've already missed a few sessions of this class. Attendance is supposed to count towards the grade, but to be honest, I don't remember him ever really taking attendance. Maybe he does, but I'm not sure I care.

If I went, I would have to have written a draft of my paper, by skipping it, not only do I get to sleep until noon, but I can also put that paper off until Monday.

I rarely get a chance for sleep like this -- a fact that adds fuel to the proverbial fire, of course. Every so often you just have to put yourself into a nice Nyquil coma; where you go to sleep, and if you wake up, you take more Nyquil and go back to sleep. You can sleep indefinitely with that system, and it'll rest you up plenty for scholastic achievement. Oh yeah.

While my laziness has kicked in full force, I know I have the weight of three major research papers hanging over my head. None of which have been started. One of which is practically already written off, to be completely honest. It is retarded to think that I can write 10 pages about anything in an Intro course. Intro professors should just give in to the fact that they are teaching people, who most likely are not going to give a damn about the class, and registered for it because it was a requirement. In other words: I don't give a fuck about the Bolsheviks, stop grading me like I should.
