A Warning to Everybody: Don't take college so seriously. At Babson college, a student killed himself because he was going to fail an exam. Don't do that, its stupid. It may be wrong to speak ill of the dead, but I don't care -- that guy was a dumbass.

The college football season is coming to a close with the Army Navy game this weekend. Luckily that game is right here in Philadelphia, so I'm going to go to it. In order to do this, I'm going to put off writing a research paper -- its only ten pages, and I only have enough material to squeeze out one, but who cares?

I blow off work all the time. In fact, every time you see an update on this site, I am probably blowing off some assignment. Usually those assignments get done, eventually, in a rushed manner, without any semblance of thought or conscientiousness. I am a bad student, and I like it that way. In fact, my top motivation for going to class is to meet girls. Outside of that, I probably would skip a lot more of them.

Even so, skipping classes is a necessary even when hot girls are in the class. Its a conversation starter -- you've got to ask someone to borrow notes, why not the girl with the huge rack?

Some guys will extend this idea and ask a girl to study with them when they really don't intend on studying. I have tried this myself -- it didn't work -- she actually wanted to study, in fact, she insisted upon it. I applaud any man that can successfully work that angle.

In conclusion, blowing off anything academic in nature is good.
