Alrighty Americans... Why should you vote? Well, if you intend to be a whiney bitch about any issue before or after the election, that you're vote could have affected, then you better vote, or I'm going to whoop your ass for wasting my precious time with your whining (as opposed to how I will kick your ass for whining -- there will be two separate beatings).

Beyond that, I don't really care if you vote at all. I mean, what is the point in increasing the grand total number of people voting for the candidate they believes has the better hair or make-up person? Seriously, I might as well ask you to write my name in for some random office (I call sherriff!), its meaningless and stupid. If you think you are going to change the world, then go out and vote and get your hopes dashed. If you don't think you are, then sleep in, then go to the victory party of which ever campus group's candidate wins and drink their celebratory beer.

You never know what could happen when both candidates suck. Remember four years ago, when Gore wasn't even good enough to be the lesser of two evils (just the equal of the other evil)? This year, you'll most likely see another all-too-close election. People will undoubtedly fuck up their ballots again, and someone (and it won't be suburban white males) will claim that someone tried to disenfranchise them. The stock market will fall, because it falls any time people breath the wrong way, and Osama Bin Laden will still be flogging the desert dolphin in some far away cave.

That's the state of the world, folks.
