Yeah. It was a good morning, I got woken up at 7:30 by my sister, who wanted a ride to the airport (I seem to remember having heard this one before). As you all know, anything between 4 am and 1pm qualifies as "the devil's hour" if I have to be awake during it. I am a sleepy sort of guy, as you should know, and as a sleepy guy, I tend to enjoy my sleep.

Its a 50/50 sort of thing, screw the 8 "recommended" hours every night. You know who made that recommendation? Doctors. As you should know by now, doctors are NEVER up to any good. They're always plotting new ways to stick foreign objects, like needles, pacemakers and godforbid, catheters, into your body. And if you are a man... oh the indecency... they'll even try to violate your ass. Whenever I am forced to go to the doctor, I make sure to pull out a sharpie and clearly write, "EXIT" back there (I'm getting pretty legible too), so that he knows not to start heading the wrong way on the one-way chocolate highway.

Anyway, as I was saying, Its a 50/50 sort of thing, 12 hours on, 12 hours off. It seems like a fair deal to me. Various people are given 12 hours every day to piss me off, and/or bore me to death, then I get 12 hours to do what I like to do, which is to sleep for 12 hours. Of course, on occasion, I might sleep for more than 12 hours, but the balance of the 50/50 system is maintained when I am woken up during "la hora del diablo," by some needy-assed jet-setter who wants me to operate as their fucking free airport shuttle.

I'm going back to bed.
